Kebiasaanya setiap semester, penulis suka minta pelajar memberikan komen pengajaran dan pebelajaran dalam kelas.
Ini salah satu komen yang terbaik dan boleh dikira sebagai penyuntik jati diri,motivasi dan semangat untuk penulis lebih berkobar-kobar menjadi pendidik yang berkaliber....wallahaualam.
Penulis sentiasa mendoakan kejayaan anak2 didiknya walau apa jua sikap mereka terhadap penulis.

posses a good quality educator-student interaction because in class she applies
a two-way communication among her and her students. She shared the responsibility for active
learning, small group discussion, problem-solving activities and variety of
supporting media to make Information System & Decision Making class more
interesting. She managed to develop and
teach an impressive introductory course and at the same time capable to handle
class wth ease and pleasure. She managed
to get to know her students by learning their names and something about their
backgrounds and interests.
In terms of
her teaching method, as a student, I can say that ......... believes, a problem
can have varied solutions. Her creative ways of teaching and lecturing in class
has invoked interest and respect in her students. She succesfully organize her
lectures carefully, trying to deliver them without detailed notes so that she
can maintained eye contact and get cues from students as to their
understanding. ........................ also has a flair
communication. Asking the right questions, saying the right things and being an
avid listener are some of her praiseworthy traits which other lecturers should
adopt too.
Apart from
that, ............................ help her students a lot by giving a good detailed syllabus and
refer to it frequently. What I found
interesting and what keeps me drawn to her lecture is how she relates the DSS
subject matter to current events or research which may be of interest to
students and give them assignments for which there may be ‘real world’
audiences whenever possible. I admire how she keep on encouraging us to always
strive hard and never lose hope in
achieving our dreams. She regularly boost our spirit with her inspiring stories
and her pass students achievements that would want to make us follow in the
footsteps aswell. All in all, I believe
that me and all my classmates love her as a loving, devoted lecturer because
she is warm, accessible, enthusiastic, caring and will always keep students motivated
with her lively approaches. '
