Last job....

Yesterday, 25.08.2011, last working day before eid leave....The author have presented her proposal for new 'university' grant application even the grant just under rm10k budget...She just do it to apply,hopefully she'll get the grant insyaallah....

About the frustration on her failure few things before this, her heart always think on ALLah and feel thankful to Him for all the achievement that she have been achieve....even though it just small pieces but it was so significant in her life......and she will try harder and harder to strive in her career...Insyaallah..........

Namun di sebalik semua kepahitan...tersembunyi..........

Insyaallah after raya, workload will be more hectic and busy at the maximum level ....insyaallah.. try the best to perfom the good job ...

After 4th Sept, new semester will start, the author will teach 2 courses, same subject(Decision Support System and Information System in Decision Making);same but not the same....use the same references.... for two different types of students; 1 course for undergraduate-final semester students and 1 course for postgraduate course....; will go outstation for supervise practicum students for 1 week; will facilitate slot with new programme students this coming 8th Sept; continue to help her colleague do the research on knowledge sharing also-this one have been successfully got the grant....alhamdulillah, will extend her phd research either to get the new grant or not(still in work-in progress the grant application after the previous one was rejected...), plan 'work out' with few paper conferences after one was rejected....just get the the news yesterday....maybe that is the way; maybe Allah know the author's strength and always determined her in 'failure' mode..wallahualam...HE give fail FIRST to her so that she have to 'work up more strongly.....

On your own perspective.....

As the author did mention in her previous entry, her journey is still full of thorns and lots of barriers here and there.Today, she get the bad news again(related with my career,not my family matter) and she try to accept wisely and redha with the 'takdir' Ilahi.....

Now the author try to make new strategy and think how to make it the 'bad news' as good news...she don't know..she just can say...at this moment she try 'to be positive',' to be positive' in her own perpsective!!!because sometimes he positive solution is not positive for the other person's perspective.....

The author try her best to not give up as best as she can...but she don't know the limitation of herself...whatever she feel..Just do It......that's her stand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
